We at DLD Construction, Inc. out of Arvada, Colorado are a small excavation subcontractor. We have been using ComputerEase for over three years now. We had attended a couple of seminars about the product and were so impressed, but we were still trying to make other less expensive software meet our needs. The other software we had tried was just too easy to manipulate and many errors were being made as a result. When we decided to purchase ComputerEase we have never looked back. Their personal attention to our needs is stellar. They had a representative come out and spend three days at our company installing and training me on the software. It left me with confidence in knowing I could do the job myself. Whenever we hire new employees, the training of new staff is made easy by just attending one of the many Internet classes available through Microvisions. I have made posting errors in the past and I love the fact that your support team can just dial into my software and fix the problem instead of me trying to explain what I may have done wrong. I would, and have, recommended this software to any construction company that will listen.
